Coltello da chef giapponese Ittetsu gyuto. La lama è lunga 240 mm e a doppio taglio. Il gyuto è un classico coltello da chef giapponese. La lama del coltello Ittetsu Tadafusa è realizzata in acciaio SLD. L'acciaio inossidabile SLD ha una struttura a tre strati, con un nucleo di grado SKD-11, che presenta un'elevata durezza di 61-63 HRC. Entrambi i lati sono rivestiti in acciaio SUS 405, più morbido. Il tradizionale manico ottagonale è in frassino. I coltelli Ittetsu sono realizzati in Giappone. The gyutoh's handle is made of Masur birch to give each knife a unique wood-grain pattern. An end cap and subtly styled mosaic pin complete the knife's elegant look. The blade has beautiful Damask patterning and a hard core of MicroCarbide MC63 powder steel enclosed within 100 layers of two different steels. Measuring 20 cm in length, the GYUTOH knife is suitable for cutting and separating fish and meat. Its pointed tip and sturdy blade enable clean cuts to be made.
