Delivery to USA

On July 30, 2025, the Trump administration announced that the duty exemption for shipments valued up to USD 800 will be removed, effective August 29, 2025. This change has a global impact on all operators transporting goods to the United States. Under the new rules, customs duties must be paid before goods can be shipped to the United States. U.S. Customs has not yet provided details on how the payment process will work. Postal operators in various countries currently lack systems to collect the required customs duties. The situation creates uncertainty around delivery options, return procedures, and responsibilities also in Finland. As a result, suspending shipments of goods to the U.S. by Finnish Post (EMS) is currently the only feasible solution.

Currently we offer to USA customers only paid shipping by DHL. Please note that DHL will collect customs duty from the customer upon arrival of the parcel. The duty will be 15% of the parcel value.
