Gyuto IWZ-105 from Ittetsu is a Japanese-designed chef's knife with a blade length of 24 cm, designed for chopping and slicing meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. The octagonal handle is made of pakkawood wood. The blade is made of high quality VG10 Damascus steel, hammer finish. This knife cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
