Description

Yu Kurosaki Senkou Ei ZSE-165SA Santoku knife with 165 mm blade. This Yu Kurosaki series features S/S Clad SG2 powdered steel tsuchime-finished blade. The blade surface has a unique hammered Senkou texture which represents Japanese fireworks. A really nice octagon handle made of oak. Handmade by Mr. Yu Kurosaki.
