Brexit updates

The United Kingdom has left the EU on January 1, 2021. Our systems are ready and working according to this. Since January 1 items selling to UK are not obligated with VAT and delivering with VAT 0%. Same time items must be cleared through customs. So all parcels sending to UK will include necessery customs info (declarion with info about goods and it's value and commercial invoice). Customer is responsible for possible taxes in UK. 

Please, pay attention, that all Posti Priority parcels to UK have significant delays since 21.12, because UK country is closed for passengers air connection, that is using also for transportation of EMS and Priority parcels. In addition to the traffic restrictions brought about by the coronavirus pandemic, Brexit also cause delays in transport to United Kingdom. Currently Finnish Post declare delivery time to UK up to 40 business days. Finnish Post using alternative delivery ways instead of air flights, so delivery is very slow. Dispute delays all parcels delivered in the end.
