Gyuto knife handmade by the Japanese craftsman Yu Kurosaki. The blade length is 27 cm. Blade is made of HAP40 steel. Wenge wood handle. Oak ferrule. High quality materials and age old forging techniques combine to create a knife with an extremely sharp edge that will hold up throughout use. Only hand wash. Not allowed for cutting hard products.
