The Tojiro bread knife is suitable for slicing any pastry, cake, or other large baked goods. A painstaking and complex blade preparation process results in a blade that is extremely hard (hardened to approximately 60–61 Rockwell units) and durable, yet flexible and resilient. The blade is 27 cm long and features a comfortable stabilized wood handle. The Tojiro bread knife is not dishwasher safe.
