Description

A small Japanese kitchen knife by renowned master Takeshi Saji. The 15 cm blade is crafted from multi-layered VG10 steel with added nickel. A distinctive Damascus pattern makes each knife unique. Its approximately 220 g weight ensures comfortable use and reduces fatigue even with extended use. The handle features buffalo bone scales and brass bolsters, which emphasize the premium character of the knife and ensure a comfortable grip. Each Takeshi Saji knife is handcrafted and reflects the long-standing traditions of Japanese knifemaking. Master Takeshi Saji is considered one of the most renowned contemporary Japanese smiths and was awarded the title of Guardian of Traditional Craftsmanship in 1994.
