The Tojiro Petty F-650 Japanese utility knife from the Classic Damascus series. The Petty is a compact Japanese knife, ideal for delicate kitchen tasks. Its maneuverability and sharpness make it ideal for peeling vegetables and fruit, slicing small ingredients, and cutting small pieces of meat. It is often used in tandem with a chef's knife, and some women prefer it as their primary tool. This knife's blade is 12 cm long. The blade core is crafted from ultra-hard carbon steel alloyed with VG10 cobalt. The Suminagashi pattern on the blade's surface is created using various types of steel. This knife is not dishwasher safe. Hot water and detergents can damage the handle and blade materials. We recommend hand washing and drying the knife immediately after use. Each knife is individually boxed. Weight: 65 grams.
