Couteau de cuisine japonais Ittetsu Garasuki à lame de 18 cm. Le Garasuki est une version plus grande du couteau Honesuki, également utilisé pour la volaille, mais uniquement pour les gros oiseaux. Sa pointe en forme de K assure une grande précision, tandis que sa lame plus longue facilite la découpe. La lame est en acier Aogami 2, très similaire à l'acier blanc, mais enrichi en tungstène et en chrome pour une meilleure tenue du tranchant et une résistance accrue à la corrosion. L'acier est trempé à 62-63 HRC et gainé d'acier inoxydable pour un entretien facilité. Le manche est en bubinga antibactérien. Les couteaux Ittetsu sont fabriqués artisanalement à Echizen, au Japon.
