Its hard-anodized black aluminum handle echoes the Z28's distinctive body lines, while the pivot screw is styled to resemble the car's wheel rim.
The drop-point blade is crafted from 80-layer Damascus steel with a PVD coating. Hand-forged by master smith Chad Nichols, the blade features the "Tread" pattern, inspired by the contours of the Camaro's hood. Genuine components from a Camaro upper suspension arm have also been integrated into the layered steel. The blade rides on ball bearings, opens via a thumb stud, and secures with a liner lock. It is equipped with a stainless steel pocket clip. The Böker 1969 Z28-Damast Shadow is handcrafted at the Boker manufactory in Solingen. Weight: 98 g.

The blade is provided with an elaborate two-tone finish, is opened by a thumb stud and is reliably locked in place by a sturdy linerlock. The handle scales and the spacer are made of modern carbon fibre, while the single liner is made of stainless steel. Liner, screws and the removable titanium thumb disc are anodised in ice blue and thus perfectly match the colour of the machined titanium clip (tip-up/r) and the ball in the front handle scales, which is also made of titanium.
