The TOJIRO Classic Damascus Santoku (F-659) is designed for slicing meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. The blade features a VG10 steel core clad in Damascus steel. Its 17 cm length makes it suitable for both slicing and chopping. The comfortable, classic handle is made of a durable laminated material that resists warping and wear over time. The hygienic metal bolster prevents dirt from accumulating between the blade and the handle. The TOJIRO Classic Damascus Santoku weighs approximately 180 g. This knife should not be used on frozen foods or extremely hard ingredients. Additionally, Japanese knives are not dishwasher-safe; we recommend washing the knife by hand and drying it immediately after use. Each knife comes in an individual box.
